• Rental Rates
  Based on 6 months + 1 day occupancy, the following rates apply plus electricity:
  $550.00 down to secure reservation and $500 for six months plus storage fees
  6+0 plan $3800.00 NO STORAGE
  $550.00 down to secure reservations and $500 for six months
  
• Annual Rental
  $6200.00 - $520.00 PER MONTH + ELECTRIC.
  
  
  

  ALL RATES INCLUDE COUNTY WATER, COUNTY SEWER & CABLE All rates are for two people. Extra person (over 18 years of age) rate is $2.50 per day or $50.00 per month

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations less than 30 days
  Reservations cancelled with at least 21 days notice will be given a full credit or a refund minus a $50 administrative fee.  No money will be returned for early checkouts.
   
• Reservations 30 days and longer
  Deposits are nonrefundable.  No money will be returned for early checkouts.
